At Unique Minds Studio, we offer digital products, books sold through Amazon, and physical products that may be fulfilled directly by us. Please review the policy below before making a purchase.

Digital Products

Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital products once they have been purchased and delivered.

If you experience a technical issue with your download, receive the wrong file, or cannot access your purchase, please contact us at:

Books Purchased Through Amazon

Some Unique Minds Studio books are printed, sold, and fulfilled through Amazon.

Orders placed through Amazon are subject to Amazon’s return, refund, replacement, and customer service policies. If you purchased one of our books through Amazon, please contact Amazon Customer Service directly regarding returns, refunds, damaged books, incorrect orders, or shipping issues.

Physical Products Purchased Directly from Unique Minds Studio

As we continue to grow, some physical products may be sold and shipped directly by Unique Minds Studio.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Buyer preference
Accidental purchases
Products that have been used, written in, colored, altered, or are no longer in their original condition

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect physical product that was shipped directly by Unique Minds Studio, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
